The cost is $35 before January 10, $45 after, and $55 on-site. On-site registration is from 9:00–9:15 AM.

This will be a 4 round Swiss event. The time control is G/30. Each round will start as soon as all of the games end in the previous round, with a lunch break in between and an award ceremony after the last round.

This is a fundraising event for the Dekalb Dragons Chess Team. A portion of the proceeds will go to the chess team fundraising to compete in the National Elementary Chess Championship Tournament.
