1. Register for the tournament.
2. Fill out Chess Quarter's on-site coaching questionnaire.
3. Payment is relaxed and post-tournament, with options like Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle available. Given unforeseen family contingencies, payments are accepted only after the event, ensuring flexibility against any last-minute surprises.

Mandatory Chaperone Presence: It's imperative for a chaperone to remain present with the student throughout the duration of the tournament. Chess Quarter's primary focus is on coaching and chess advancement. We will not bear responsibility for the student outside this realm, ensuring that our coaches' attention remains undivided and squarely on chess.
