3. Payment is relaxed and post-tournament, with options like Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle available. Given unforeseen family contingencies, payments are accepted only after the event, ensuring flexibility against any last-minute surprises.

Mandatory Chaperone Presence: It's imperative for a chaperone to remain present with the student throughout the duration of the tournament.
